This picture...this person...this story....absolutely crazy.
Well, this is of course in Tokyo and this person right here is a man. In a dress, with pink hair, and with boobs which would presumebly make this man a transvestite. That's not all. So this man was walking down the street, shaking uncontrolably. He suddenly falls to the ground, shakes some more, then pulls out a needle, ties a rubber band around his upper arm, and shoots up whatever that needle was full off. Then he wipes blood on that fan that he's fanning himself with in the picture. He then puts away his needle, stops shaking, looks at me and CLICK, i have a picture.
i was in too much of a shock to turn on my camera when he was shooting up.
But my goodness, it is a CRAZY world out there.
